Just Transition Culture 2025
The “Just Transition Culture” project was developed through cooperation between activists and artists from regions in Romania, Greece, and Poland undergoing a transition away from coal. Through a variety of artistic forms of expression, the project explored questions of identity in the context of ongoing change. The project included concerts, dance and theatre performances, exhibitions, study visits, and workshops, as well as the creation of murals and art installations. These diverse activities brought together artistic expression and the experiences of local communities, creating a multidimensional picture of culture in the face of an ongoing transition.
